Santa's stories: the homeless Dalia

Santa Claus adventure in the city

December 1, missing 24 days, 24 as the hours of the day

oh yea, I remember very well that day.
Dressed as a tramp so that nobody could recognize me, I was walking through the city when I met a woman.
Homeless her too, but true, not like me. White hair. A coat too small for her.
Broken shoes. Her nose red from the cold. Four watches on her wrist.
Pushing a cart full of her poor things, wearily.
A sheet with this rhyme hanging from her cart.

Twenty-four are the hours
That run fast
To make a day

Twenty-four are the hours
That saying bye at last
Will go forever away

Twenty-four are the hours
That eat you at last
If the slacker you play

"I think Dalia has had some problems with the hours, watches ... who knows?" - I thought, stroking my beard.
"I know what Santa will bring her this year " I resolved.
And happier than ever I returned home.
That night another package was added to my sack.

What will Santa bring to Dalia? Be patient until 25 December ...

By the way, we are Italians, to translate better the stories. Thank you :))
